*** Guild Auctions - In order to take part in our auctions held from the _neo_family_guild account, you must be properly active
for a minimum of THREE MONTHS. If that is you, please request to be neofriends with the guild account and happy bidding!
The council wanted to make sure everyone knew what was discussed and what measures
are being taken to insure that this guild stays fun and active so here are some rules and guidelines that have been put in
place.
**Under no circumstances will rudeness or name calling be tolerating on our board. If you have an issue
with a fellow member, please contact one of your council members immediately. This pertains to ALL members, including council
and subcouncil participants.
Going forward:
Guild Participation
1.
In order to be considered an active member of the guild you need to post at least five substantial posts a month.
(The
exception to these rule is we have 2 members under the age of 13 who don't post much therefore they are exempt of these rules
and will not be deleted for lack of participation.)
2. Any member who does not fulfill this requirement will be warned
after their first month of inactivity, and if a member of the council is not notified or the member does not post they will
be deleted from the guild after two months of inactivity.
***The reason for this and why the requirement is so low
is so that we don't have a lot of dead beat members who never post and just take advantage of the guild for the auctions and
presents, and avie items! Even the busiest person can usually find time once a week to post so we didn't think 5 substantial
posts a month was unreasonable. By substantial we mean more than just Hi how's it going, or I'm here. While those are posts
they aren't really participating or substantial so if you're going to participate you need to do so!
Now we also understand
that things happen! RL eventually interfers so as long as we are notified of what's going on you won't be deleted for lack
of participation!
NeoFriend Auctions and Participation
1. To participate in our
auctions or borrow things from the guild, you need to have been an active participating member for a minimum of ninety days.
After that time request to be neofriends with the guild to participate and borrow guild items.
2. Please be prepared,
when borrowing avie items or anything from the guild, to provide collateral for the item. This will insure that if for whatever
reason you cannot or will not return the item to the guild we can pay to replace most if not all the cost of the item.
**Understand
that those of you already in the guild as of today, are exempt from these rules only because as starting members (And we trust
you!) you are automatically Grandfathered in! BUT should you refer anyone or any new people join they will be subject to these
rules going forward Also should we get some of the impossible to get avie items we might have to start asking for collateral
from everyone.
**As of yet we also haven't determined what collateral will be because we want it to be fair to everyone
yet allow us to replace items as need be.
