Monday Mental Challenge!
Mental Challenge is a take-off on the old game
of hangman. It begins normally on the guild board on Monday. Several Neopian items are posted on the board using
dashes for the letters by the host for the game. Players may guess one letter at a time, and the host will fill in the
blanks with the letters if there are any. You may not guess two letters in a row. You must wait until someone
else has guessed a letter before guessing again. You may solve the puzzle whenever you think you have figured out all
of the items for that puzzle.
EXCEPTION: You may not solve the puzzle unless you have guessed at least one letter
that no one else has guessed whether or not it has been added to the puzzle yet.
The winner of the puzzle may begin
another one immediately or on Tuesday if they would like to, otherwise they are in charge of posting one the following week
on Monday
Wednesday Word Scrambles
The host will choose 5 Neopian items,
then "scramble" the letters for each word. When someone guesses all 5 items at the same time, that person will host
the next game. The new host can choose to host a game right away or wait until the following Wednesday.
Note:
A host could choose to have an extra item or group of items where they scramble all the letters for that item mixed together
to make it extra hard.
Sunday Chocolate Numbers
Chocolate numbers is played every Sunday on the guild
board. To play chocolate numbers you must guess the 5 digit number that your host is thinking of. You can
not guess two times in a row, but can guess as many times as you like as long as someone else guesses a number after you.
You do not need the host to update his/her game to guess a number, in other words there can be several guesses on the board
at one time.
Your host will tell you what numbers you got wrong, right in the right place, or right in the wrong place.
For
example:
The host says:
I am guessing a 5 digit number!
x-wrong number
*-right number, wrong place
♥-right
number, right place
I will guess 40657
The host says:
40657
*x♥x*
Someone else will then
guess 72649
The host says:
72649
♥*♥♥x
I will guess 71642
I got it right!
The
host must state what the symbols are at the beginning of every game. You do not need to use the symbols in this example.
If you win the game it will then be your turn to host a Chocolate numbers game either that same day or the following Sunday,
depending on the time of day and your schedule.
~ TIP: to make the heart ♥ symbol press Alt and then 3 on the numerical
pad at the right hand side of your keyboard at the same time.
BINGO!
From the list of 50 Neopian items posted by the current
host (either on the bingo page of this website or on the board) select 20 ITEMS to make up your list..ie.1.Happy Yurble Fishing
Gnome, 2.Happy Valley (TCG) etc...
Send your list to the current host by filling out the form on the bingo page, or
by neomailing the list to the current host
Then your must send the host any one or more of the items off
of the list (the items collected will be handed out to the winner)..please make sure that your items total 1000nps or more.
The host will post in the guild 3 picks per day. Once someone has all 20 scratched off their list..they POST
in the guild the list and yell BINGO~!!!! The host will double check..and if the list is correct...you get all the pressies
sent in for that round!!
PLEASE NOTE! If you are lucky enough to win the bingo game,
you are automatically the host for the following month.
Rotten Negg
How to play Rotten Negg!
So why would you
want to play a game called Rotten Negg?? Because it's great fun.. thats why!! Here is how it works:
Every month you
need to sign up via the Rotten Negg page of this website so that we know how many people are interested in playing. Once the
game has officially begun you will be notified by neomail. You then go to the Rotten Negg Shop and view the items that are
for sale. They will be overpriced at 1000nps. Proceeds in the shop till at the end of the game will become the grand
pressie!
Beware!! One item in the bunch will be a rotten negg! Choose the item you think is 'safe' and buy it! Once all
the neggs have been purchased, the buyer of the rotten negg will be announced and eliminated from the game. The players who
choose a safe item will proceed to the next round :o)
Once all the 'neggs' have been bought the results
will be announced and the next round will start.
At the end of the last round the ultimate winner is declared and
rewarded for their excellent ability to avoid Rotten Neggs!
